The structure dates back to the 1400s, it is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by rolling hills with an unspoilt landscape of Chianti Rufina and extends along the right bank of the Sieve river, just 30 km from Florence. It is the ideal holiday for families with children, for friends but also for couples who want to give themselves a holiday in total relaxation, lulled by the sounds of nature. The country estate has been recently restored in total respect of style and maintaining the elegance of typical Tuscan architecture, is located in the municipality of Pontassieve and is composed of hamlets of houses separated by an exotic sand-colored swimming pool with crystal clear water and changeable as the weather conditions change with a Caribbean effect that contrasts with the splendid view of the rural scenery of the Val di Sieve hills overlooking an immense valley.

Our olive trees do not undergo treatments of any kind and therefore the olives that are born are to be considered 100% organic, as is our extra virgin olive oil. We do not exaggerate in saying that it is to be counted among the most prestigious national and international products.
Trekking lovers will be able to follow the paths marked by the CAI that connect them with the Mugello.
The farm is located in a secluded and quiet area but ideal for quick excursions to the cities of art and to the most important locations; 5 Km away is the Scopeti railway station from which you can reach the center of Florence in half an hour of journey.
It is a true oasis of peace and quiet for those who want to breathe the scents of nature and relax in total tranquility. The lawn around allows you to choose secluded spaces and let your children play in the shade of pine trees. The pool is for the exclusive use of our staying guests, in fact we do not take external daily clients, this to guarantee our guests maximum privacy and tranquility.
The apartments and rooms are just a few meters from the swimming pool and have been created from ancient structures annexed to the manor house, furnished with the utmost care, have lounges, a kitchen, large bedrooms and private bathrooms. Most have a fireplace and a dedicated outdoor area. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, with old Tuscan-style furniture, the furnishings match the terracotta floors and the beamed ceilings and tiles, and all of this creates an always romantic and charming atmosphere.
At Fattoria di Cintoia, the excellent service and superior facilities make for an unforgettable stay. To name a few of the property's facilities, there are daily housekeeping, wheelchair accessible, 24-hour front desk, facilities for disabled guests, luggage storage.
They have been created for a stay full of charm reflecting in the furnishing the rural Tuscan taste of past eras. The apartments can accommodate from a minimum of 2 up to 16 people requesting the exclusivity of the entire 300 sqm farmhouse; otherwise 25 with the exclusivity of the whole agritourism structure and the swimming pool.
The sizes range from 34 square meters of the two-room apartment on 2 floors to 120 square meters. of the apartment that hosts groups of friends or large families. Each apartment and room has the name of plants that you can find on the farm. Upon your arrival you will find the courtesy-kit, bed linen and towels. Each bathroom has a shower and you will have an internet connection in the whole building. Parking is free and you can leave the cars in the various shaded parts under pines, acacias, cypresses and walnut trees.
The rooms are located in the village and are the best solution for those who prefer shorter stays but with more services, guests can benefit from access to the pool during the summer. They are finely furnished, with terracotta floors and exposed beams and equipped with all the necessary comforts, including heating, free wi-fi, private bathroom with shower and courtesy line. In addition, there is a large 25 sqm lounge with tables and a kitchen shared with other guests with an antique fireplace that offers the possibility to relax by reading a good book or planning the next visits taking advantage of the fast wifi connection.
